How to re-enrol

Pupils who are currently attending lessons do not need to re-enrol your childs/adults place this will automatically transfer to the next term. All we ask is if you wish to finish lessons that you give us 4 weeks notice. Pupils who need to move classes parents will be issued with a change form prior to the start of the new term.

We hope that you will enjoy your stay with Neptune Learn to Swim.

New customers are welcome to contact us for course availability. If there is no availability at the time of contacting us we are happy to put your Childs details on a waiting list and you will be contacted as soon you are eligible for a place.

We have three simple ways to apply for lessons, either by phone, website booking form or via email. If you require more information on any of our services before applying, please feel free to contact us by phone or email & we will reply to your question or query within 48 hours.


Methods of payment
We accept payment by three methods, Debit / Credit cards, cheques and direct bank transfer ; if payment is made by cheques the following details need to be written on the reverse of the cheque to enable us to process you’re booking more easily:         Child’s full name           Lesson day & time booked
